About URCA

Mission Statement

URCA makes Utah’s roofing contractors stronger by advocating at the state level, advancing industry standards, and sharing industry insights. This mission guides our work and keeps the association focused on the areas where contractors benefit most from a unified voice.

The Three Pillars

• Advocacy — Represent Utah’s roofing contractors on the key state‑level issues: legislation, licensing, and regulation.
• Standards — Define what a trustworthy Utah roofer is and communicate that beyond the industry, so the people who hire roofers know how to recognize one.
• Insight — Give roofing contractors a clear view of where the industry is heading, so they can make sharper decisions.

The Utah Roofing Contractors Association (URCA) is a member-driven organization dedicated to strengthening the roofing industry across Utah — from the contractors on the roof to the suppliers, manufacturers, and industry partners who support them.

We exist to build a roofing community where members can learn, connect, and grow together. Through professional training, industry networking, government affairs advocacy, and exclusive member benefits, URCA works to elevate standards, remove barriers, and advance the trade for everyone in the industry.

Who We Serve URCA is a volunteer-led association that welcomes all corners of Utah's roofing industry:

• Contractors — the crews and companies doing the work

• Suppliers & Distributors — businesses delivering materials across the state

• Manufacturers — companies producing the products that protect Utah's homes and buildings

• Affiliate Partners — insurance providers, legal specialists, technology resources, and business support professionals

What We Offer
